Dozer: A spring loaded device on a grinder which doses out the correct amount of coffee for a shot of espresso.

Filter holder (or portafilter): Component of the espresso machine, which is applied on the group, where we place the ground coffee, in order to make an espresso.

Outlet: The end of the filter holder.

Pannarello: Nozzle which rotates the milk for making easier the cappuccino.

Tamper: A device used to compress the ground coffee inside the filter basket of an espresso machine.
